We are searching for polite, professional Call Center Medicare Insurance Customer Service Representatives to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service via phone.
Starting at $13 per hour.

Answer inbound calls from our client’s customers regarding medical billing, medical claims, and medical coverage.
Answer inbound calls regarding Medicare benefits and enrollment.
Responsible for best-demonstrated practices for productivity enhancements.
Virtual training is 5-6 weeks, completed from home, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
Must be flexible to work shifts from 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Must be flexible to work 1 weekend per month.
Must have at least 1 year or more of Customer Service experience.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with/knowledge of Medicare insurance and/or enrollment is a plus.
Work from Home Requirements:
To be considered for a Work At Home (WAH) position, the following criteria are required:
A dedicated workspace is located within your own residence that is quiet, a place you will not be disturbed and where there are no noises from your surroundings during work hours.
Hardwired Cable or Fiber Optic connection (no wireless).
Modem must be able to direct connect to PC or laptop during working hours.
Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 5 mbps upload speeds.
